Join Jesse & Victoria for a relaxing morning learning the advanced practice of Vedic Rounding. Rounding is a deeply restful yoga asana sequence designed to prepare the body for a deeper experience of meditation and create greater embodiment and connection between the mind-body. Learn a specific sequence of soft and gentle yoga asana (poses), pranayama (breath work), followed by Vedic meditation, ending with rest and integration. The practice of rounding allows the mind-body to drop into a state of deep rest and relaxation, allowing for layers of fatigue and stress to be processed and released.
