About Jesse

My journey into this practice began during a time when life felt stressful and overwhelming. Meditation became my anchor. Something simple, natural, and immediately supportive. Over time, it shifted the way I felt, thought, and moved through the world.

The practice opened something simple in me. It was sense of ease that wasn’t forced, and a way of living that felt more authentic than the rush I was used to. It didn’t turn me into a different person, it helped me become more myself.

Wanting to deepen my appreciation for simplicity, rest, and the intelligence of stillness, over the last five+ years that curiosity has taken me back and forth to India. The culture, teachers, and traditions shaping me in their own gentle way.

Studying, listening, refining my understanding, I’ve had the great fortune to learn with teachers both locally and abroad. In 2024, I lived in south India for 3-months to train as a Vedic meditation teacher with Mahasoma. After many years of being a student and a part of a beautiful meditation community in Melbourne.

Teaching came naturally after that. Not because I see myself as an expert, but because I know what it’s like to feel overwhelmed, stuck, or disconnected, and I’ve seen how powerful these ancient practices can be when they’re shared.

Sharing Vedic Meditation, knowledge & wisdom, I now teach this technique to help people reconnect with the quiet, steady place that already lives inside them.

Outside of meditation, I’m someone who loves travel, bonsai, cooking, and wandering through different cultures. I value honest conversations, humour, and the small moments that make life meaningful.
