Join Jesse & Victoria for a relaxing morning of Vedic Rounding. Rounding is a deeply restful yoga asana sequence designed to prepare the body for a deeper experience of meditation and create greater embodiment and connection between the mind-body.
Together we will flow through two rounds, and then end with a community lunch. This is a great opportunity to refine your rounding, experience multiple rounds, and rest deeply.
Lunch will be organic and vegetarian.
TIME: 9:00am-1:00pm (4 hrs).
LOCATION: Private Residence in Edithvale
